Protecting Your Heart and Mind In TCM, the Heart is closely associated with the Fire element. During summer, it's crucial to care for your Heart and spirit. Excessive heat or stress can impact your Heart, leading to symptoms like anxiety, restlessness, or sleep disturbances. Recipe for Summer Wellness: TCM-Inspired Cooling Herbal Tea Chrysanthemum and Goji Berry Tea Stay cool and refreshed with this TCM-inspired summer herbal tea: Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of dried chrysanthemum flowers

  • 1 tablespoon of dried goji berries

  • 1-2 cups of hot water

Instructions:

  1. Place the dried chrysanthemum flowers and goji berries in a cup.

  2. Pour hot water over the herbs.
